Dr. Gigi Tevzadze is a multifaceted personality and an accomplished author, researcher, and blogger from Tbilisi, Georgia. With a strong educational background, he graduated from Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University in 1989 with a diploma of teacher of philosophy, and later defended his thesis for a candidate of sciences and a doctor of sciences in philosophy in 1992 and 1997, respectively. Dr. Tevzadze has more than 30 years of experience in various positions, including being a field worker in the Center for Recovery of Endangered Species, Chief editor of a regional newspaper, and a lecturer since 1992.

Dr. Tevzadze is a highly regarded consultant for governmental reforms and has been a member of the state council for the coordination of anticorruption politics in Georgia. His vast experience also includes being the head of the research department of the Parliament of Georgia, Director of Georgia&#39;s education reform project, and the rector and founder of Ilia State University. He has held several chair positions at different universities and currently serves as the Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at Ilia State University and Director of 4D research Institute since 2014.

Dr. Tevzadze is a prolific writer, having authored over 50 articles and 13 books in philosophy, sociology, political anthropology, theory of evolution, ethno-ecology, and human genetics. Among his books, three are written in the fiction genre, which makes him an exceptional storyteller. His work is published in various languages, including Georgian, English, and Macedonian. Dr. Tevzadze is fluent in Georgian, English, and Russian, making him a proficient communicator across borders.

არის 50-ზე მეტი სამეცნიერო სტატიის, 14 წიგნისა და რამდენიმე ათეული ბლოგის ავტორი ქართულ-ინგლისურ, გერმანულ, მაკედონიურ და რუსულ ენებზე. 14 წიგნიდან 3 მხატვრული ლიტერატურის ჟანრისაა.

Ekaterine is the managing partner of&nbsp;Shanidze and Nikoladze Law Group.&nbsp;She founded the company together with Tamar Nikoladze in January 2017 and still successfully manages the company&rsquo;s activities.

She has more than sixteen years of work experience in both the private and public sectors. At various times Ekaterine has worked in the Supreme Court, the Parliament of Georgia, the Georgian Railway, the Tbilisi Metro, the Tbilisi Transport Company, the Bank of Georgia, Toyota Center Tegeta, and Tegeta Motors. During totally more than 8 years of holding the position of Head of Legal Department at public transport operator company (Metro and later TTC), crucial reforms were implemented by the company. The time-period she was in the mentioned position, is marked as the starting point of the most important reforms in public transport of Tbilisi. The legal assistance of the above-mentioned reforms was served by her, including the restructuring of the Tbilisi Metro LLC in 2006, bus route optimization process In 2010, the introduction of a new tariff scheme for municipal public transport in 2012. And until January 2020, she was the General Counsel of Tegeta Motors and its subsidiaries.

8 წლის განმავლობაში, თბილისის სატრანსპორტო კოპანიაში მას ეკავა იურიდიული სამსახურის უფროსის პოზიცია. აღსანიშნავია, რომ სწორედ იმ პერიოდში, როდესაც ეკატერინე იკავებდა აღნიშნულ პოზიციას, დაიწყო და განხორციელდა არაერთი მნიშვნელოვანი რეფორმა, როგორც კომპანიის შიგნით, ასევე ზოგადად სატრანსპერტო სფეროში, მათ შორის: თბილისის მეტროს რესტრუქტურიზაცია (2006), ავტობუსის მარშრუტების ოპტიმიზაცია (2010), საზოგადოებრივი ტრანსპორტის ახალი სატარიფო სქემის წარდგენა (2012) და ა.შ. &nbsp;ხოლო 2020 წლის იანვრამდე იგი ხელმძღვანელობდა თეგეტა მოტორსისა და მისი შვილობილი კომპანიების იურიდიულ მიმართულებას.

პროექტის მიზანს წარმოადგენდა ბათუმსა და აჭარის რეგიონში მდგრადი სატრანსპორტო სისტემის განვითარება. პროექტი წარმატებით დასრულდა და ახლა იგეგმება მისი იმპლემენტაციის პროცესი. ეკატერინეს გავლილი აქვს ტრენინგები FIDIC-ის ტიპის კონტრაქტებთან დაკავშირებით, შრომის, საგადასახადო და სამოქალაქო საპროცესო სამართალში, მედიაციასა და პერსონალურ მონაცემთა დაცვის საკითხებში, სახელმწიფო შესყიდვების ელექტრონული ფორმით წარმოებასა და სამართლის სხვა სფეროებში. ეკატერინეს აქვს საქართველოს სასამართლოებში, არბიტრაჟსა და სახელმწიფო შესყიდვებთან დაკავშირებული დავების განხილვის საბჭოში სამოქალაქო და ადმინისტრაციული საქმეების წარმოების მრავალწლიანი გამოცდილება.
